Performing Arts Manager

Laura has managed the Bridge House Theatre & Warwick Hall since 2016. She oversees the general operations of the venues, and plays a key role in the development and promotion of a wide range of events and performances.


Laura’s favourite playwrights are Samuel Beckett and John Ford.

Mike Perry

Director of Drama, Warwick School

Mike joined Warwick School in 2006, to lead the Drama department and direct many of the student shows in the BHT. Since 2015 he has steered the  artistic direction of the theatre, building a new team and bringing many professional and community companies to Warwick to enrich the tremendous variety of programming on offer.


Theatrical favourites include Ionesco, Beckett, Strindberg and Brecht – preferably all at once!

Adam Rusted

Assistant Theatre Manager

Adam joined the team in 2017 as a technical assistant and recently moved into the role of Assistant Theatre Manager. He works closely with our Box Office team and oversees the marketing of shows at the Bridge House Theatre.


His favourite show of all time has to be The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.

Sara Hemus

Senior Events Co-Ordinator

Sara joined the Warwick School Venues & Events team in 2018. She oversees external hires of the Bridge House Theatre and Warwick Hall, and all the other lovely venues here at Warwick School, for anything from concerts, productions, dinners and even weddings.
