This spectacular evening is open to all Foundation parents and guardians (past, present, and future) and promises a night of nostalgia, glamour, and celebration!

- Home hot smoked salmon, cucumber & mango salad, herb oil
- Roast goats cheese open tart with fig & balsamic chutney
- Vegan curried squash, lentil & coconut soup
Mains:
- Braised blade of beef, horseradish mash, roasted root vegetables, red wine jus
- Pan-seared sea bass served on a spring onion potato cake, lemon butter sauce
- Pea and herb risotto finished with slow roast tomato oil dressing
