WOYZECK by Georg Buchner. Adapted by John Mackendrick.

Peas, Pulse, all better now.

Franz Woyzeck is a lone soldier, not untouched by war, trying to navigate his place in an unjust society. Woyzeck has a child out of wedlock, is working menial jobs and is the subject of scientific experiments to earn money to support his family. Living on a diet of only peas, Woyzeck’s physical and mental wellbeing is deteriorating and his grip on reality is failing.

Woyzeck contains adult themes including murder, sex and violence.
