Information for Schools & Groups

Booking & Tickets

  • School group bookings can be made by calling 01926 776438 or emailing
  • The Box Office is open Monday – Friday 1pm – 5.30pm. The Box Office is also open from one hour before each performance.
  • School groups don’t need to pay the full amount for tickets straight away. Please contact Box Office for terms specific to the show.
  • Please inform Box Office of any individuals with access requirements at the time of booking and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability.


Autumn / Winter 2019 School and College Discounts
  • A Christmas Carol – £8.50 per child, 1 free adult with every 10 children. Contact Box Office for booking form.


  • Cheques are payable to Warwick Schools Enterprises Ltd. You can send your payment and written requirements to: Box Office, Bridge House Theatre, Warwick School, Myton Road, Warwick, CV34 6PP
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. We also accept BACS and the details are on the Request for Payment that you will receive once your group booking has been reserved.


Please Note: Remember to check the date and time on your tickets as soon as they arrive. Call the Box Office straight away if you have a problem and we will do our best to rectify it for you.

Information for Group Leaders

Before Your Visit
  • Please ensure that when organising a school group, you stick to a 1 adult for every 10 children in attendance, with a minimum of 2 adults in attendance.
  • We sometimes offer pre-orders for ice creams. Please contact Box Office for more information.
  • Running times will be available from the week before the first performance of a production and can be obtained by calling Box Office, via the production page on our website or from Front of House staff.
  • You may find it useful to allocate individual seats in advance of your visit, using our seating plan.


Arriving at the Theatre
  • Parking at the Bridge House Theatre is limited during construction works on the Warwick School site. Coaches & Minibuses can drop off in the coach bay outside the theatre, but we are unable to offer parking spaces for these vehicles.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance begins in order to collect your tickets from the Box Office and to give your group enough time to use the facilities and get to their seats.
  • Please make sure each member of your group has a ticket before entering the auditorium. We cannot admit anyone inside the auditorium without a ticket. We also advise that you keep a list of seat numbers and who each seat is allocated to.
  • Please note that for some performances latecomers will not be admitted. Latecomers or those wanting to be re-admitted to other performances cannot be guaranteed entry until a convenient break in the performance, and may not be sat in their original seat.


During the Performance
  • Please remind your group that any mobile phones, iPods and other electronic devices need to be switched off.
  • The use of recording equipment is strictly prohibited in the auditorium. This includes cameras, video camcorders and mobile phone cameras. If used, Front of House staff may remove the item and return it at the end of the performance.
  • We ask that no crisps or ‘noisy’ refreshments, wrapped sweets, glass or crockery are brought into the auditorium. Theatre staff can provide you with plastic cups for drinks and napkins/paper cups for food.
  • If a performance includes an interval, it usually lasts between 15 – 20 minutes.


After the Performance
  • It may be simpler to wait until other audience members have left the auditorium before moving your group. This makes it easier to keep your group together whilst exiting.
  • Remember to check the seats in the auditorium to ensure no personal belongings are left behind.


First Aid
  • First Aiders are on duty at all performances, and are usually the Duty Manager present. Please contact a member of Front of House staff should you require a First Aider.

Transport to the Theatre

The Bridge House Theatre is easily accessible by coach or car, and is located just outside Warwick Town Centre.
There is a coach bay outside the theatre, but please advise us if you’re planning to bring a coach – as we’ll need to pass your information on to our school transport team.

Talks & Workshops

Shows with the ‘Chatback’ icon feature a post-show Q&A session. These are usually chaired by Warwick School’s Head of Drama Mike Perry, and give audiences the opportunity to talk to the cast and creatives about the performance they’ve just seen.
